Ken Cragun

Mr. Cragun has over 25 years of financial management experience, primarily in the technology industry. He has substantial experience in the financial and strategic management of publicly traded companies. Ken is a CPA and was a former Big 4 auditor.

Mr. Katzoff came to us after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of I-5 Publishing LLC. Mr. Katzoff has more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience, including accounting, financial planning, and analysis.

Henry C. W. Nisser Esq.

Executive Vice President and General Counsel

Mr. Henry Nisser, Esq., Executive Vice President, Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining Ault, Mr. Nisser was a partner with Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP (“SRF”), a law firm based in New York City.

Mr. Nisser’s experience includes a concentration in national and international corporate law, with a particular focus on U.S. securities compliance, public as well as private M&A, equity and debt financings and corporate governance. Mr. Nisser received his B.A. from Connecticut College in 1992, where he majored in International Relations and Economics. He received his LLB from the University of Buckingham School of Law in 1999.
